Overview

Explore Osaka’s local neighborhoods, rarely visited by foreign tourists, and experience everyday Japanese life through neighborhood izakayas, standing bars, and local food culture.

Spend an evening in Osaka with a local Japanese friend—not just a guide.

What do Japanese people do when they meet friends after work?
How do they decide where to eat, which restaurant to try, or where to stop for a quick drink?

Let's meet in a local Osaka neighborhood and discover everyday Japanese life together.

Instead of following a fixed sightseeing route or visiting famous restaurants, we'll walk through local streets, explore the places around us, and decide together where to eat and drink. I'll introduce you to neighborhood izakayas, standing bars, and casual eateries where local residents enjoy their everyday meals and drinks.

The experience is about more than food. You'll discover how Japanese people choose places to eat, enjoy casual conversations, spend time with friends, and make the most of an ordinary evening. Along the way, I'll share insights into Japanese food culture, everyday customs, and local habits that many visitors miss when they stick to the usual tourist areas.

Think of me as your local Japanese friend for the evening. We'll walk, talk, explore, and enjoy the experience together, discovering a more everyday side of Osaka beyond the typical tourist trail.

Rather than following a rigid itinerary, we'll enjoy a relaxed walk, explore the local atmosphere, and choose places to visit based on your interests and the situation on the day.
