- : An amazing facility whose goal is to increase turtle numbers in Sri Lanka by collecting the turtle eggs laid on the beach and reburying them in safer sands until they hatch. They keep the baby turtles for a couple of days before being released back to the ocean. The facility also houses the injured turtles until they are well again (injuries caused by fishing nets, predators etc) and makes a home for the deformed and permanently injured turtles.
